After college and grad school in Computer Science, I went on to work as a software developer and worked my way into product management through small to medium sized software technology companies. Today, I work at Procore in Carpinteria, California and I love it. I love what I do. I love where I work. I love the city.
I’m married to my college sweetheart with 1 human child and 1 canine child. Our daughter is already 9 months old and growing way too fast than I’m comfortable with. I also have a very mischievous mutt of a dog named Oreo. We love him like a son and treat him better than most humans (he’s got at least 3 beds of his own plus ours and the couches!)
This blog is not a specialty type, nor will I focus on any one topic. Instead, I’ll talk about whatever’s current on my mind, primarily with a focus on professional matters.
I also speak publicly, mostly on behalf of my employer. Most notably, check out my presentation at Google I/O 2012 helping to announce and launch Google Compute Engine.
